New Year, new faces at BernCo!
Bernalillo County government now officially has two new commissioners, a sheriff, assessor, and returning probate court judge following Sunday's oath of office ceremony in the Ken Sanchez chambers of BernCo @ Alvarado Square.
So we'd like to welcome our new elected officials to the county! Sworn in Jan. 1 were:
Barbara Baca – Commissioner, District 1
Eric C. Olivas – Commissioner, District 5
Damian R. Lara – Assessor
Donna Gonzales – Deputy Assessor
Karen Montaño – Deputy Assessor
Cristy J. Carbón-Gaul – Probate Court Judge
John D. Allen – Sheriff
Johann Jareno – Undersheriff
Aaron Williamson – Undersheriff
Hollie Anderson – Major
