Bernalillo County Animal Care Services is set to host an adoption event at The Craftroom on Saturday, January 18, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The Craftroom is located at 2809 Broadbent Parkway NE, Albuquerque, NM 87107.
The department will present a variety of dogs of different ages, sizes, and breeds. Adoption through Bernalillo County Animal Care Services is donation-based rather than fee-based. Each pet available for adoption will be vaccinated according to age, microchipped, spayed or neutered, and come with a one-year pet license.
Donations received during the adoption process contribute to the Bernalillo County’s Quality of Life Community Fund. This fund supports the care of thousands of homeless animals that pass through their facility.
Potential adopters can view all available animals online at Adopt-a-Pet or visit the facility at 3001 2nd St. SW, Albuquerque, NM 87105. Adoption viewing hours are Tuesday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
