Recycling rules don’t change during the holidays despite the myriad of seasonal items we may have to dispose of. Keep recycling clean and simple!
Only recycle clean cardboard (flattened), paper (plain), metal food and beverage cans (empty), and only recycle plastics shaped like bottles, jugs, jars, or tubs. For the crafty and creative, reusing materials you have around the house to create eco-friendlier holiday decorations is one step towards reducing waste.
