The Office of the City Clerk in Albuquerque has adopted a new Hearing Officer Code of Conduct. According to a recent announcement, the adoption process did not involve any public comment. The statement from the office confirmed, "The Office of the City Clerk did not receive any in person or written comment. The Office of the City Clerk did not have any response to public comment."
