In response to dangerous conditions caused by winter weather and multiple power outages, the City of Albuquerque is activating several temporary warming centers throughout the city. These warming centers are city-operated sites where community members can seek shelter from the cold beyond regular business hours.
Beginning on Thursday, November 7 through Saturday, November 9, 2024, the following senior centers and multigenerational centers will serve as warming centers during the hours indicated below:
