UNM Anderson School Celebrates the Hall of Fame’s 35th Class

The UNM Anderson School of Management recently celebrated the achievements of its newest Hall of Fame honorees at a dinner event, honoring individuals who have excelled in their professional careers and made significant contributions to their communities and families.

Among the honorees were Stephen Griego, Kathryn Lueders, Shannon Rainosek, and Michael Duruaku. Stephen Griego, CEO and president of DMC Logistics and AeroLynx, shared his journey of entrepreneurial success, stating, "I learned many lessons along the way and strategically applied them to propel my business forward." Kathryn Lueders, Starbase general manager for SpaceX, expressed her dedication to making the dream of the first manned space flight to Mars a reality.

Shannon Rainosek, CEO of Frontier and Golden Pride Restaurants, reflected on her experience working in her family's businesses, highlighting the challenges faced during the pandemic and praising her team and parents for their efforts to keep the restaurants operational. Michael Duruaku, director of sales for Blue Buffalo and Young Alumni Award recipient, emphasized the importance of using his Anderson learnings and professional experience to achieve operational excellence.

Interim Dean Julie Coonrod commended the honorees, stating, "Each of our honoree's stories is uniquely inspiring. This class of inductees represents Anderson’s finest." The awards presented at the event were designed by alumnus Daniel T. Begay, showcasing a blend of his Santa Clara Pueblo and Diné cultures.

The Hall of Fame program at UNM Anderson School recognizes outstanding alumni who have demonstrated professional success, community contributions, commitment to education, and serve as role models for others.
