Tonight the Bernalillo County Commission introduced a resolution affirming its intention to work collaboratively with the City of Albuquerque to facilitate affordable housing solutions.
The resolution, which is scheduled to be voted on during the Feb. 21 commission meeting, outlines a path forward for the two government bodies to combine forces to better serve the incorporated and unincorporated areas of Bernalillo County through planning, funding, development, acquisition, construction, rehabilitation, and delivery of affordable housing through the creation of the Middle Rio Grande Housing Collaborative. https://bit.ly/3xaEcri
