The Bernalillo County Animal Care and Resource Center is proud to provide residents of the unincorporated areas of Bernalillo County with the Spay, Neuter Assistance Program (SNAP). >>> http://ow.ly/zj7i50MIfwLQualifications for SNAP:1. You must live in the unincorporated area of Bernalillo County (excluding City of Albuquerque, the Village of Los Ranchos and the Village of Tijeras.)2. Must be over the age of 18 years of age
