The Bernalillo County Probate Court is closed to the public for the remainder of the week.
However, Probate Court staff are still available for calls and emails. For those who have an appointment scheduled for this week, court staff will be in contact to reschedule.
This week only, Probate packets are available at our customer service department for constituents to come in and pick up at no charge. Processed cases will also be available for pickup starting tomorrow.
