On Sunday, March 23, former La Cueva High School standout Dylan Chavez’s current collegiate team the New Mexico Lobos lost 71-63 against the Michigan State Spartans in the NCAA Division I Basketball Championship Tournament.

Hosted in Rocket Arena, this was the first game against the Michigan State Spartans during the championship.

Dylan Chavez’s hometown is Albuquerque and game position is guard.
