Bernalillo County will break out the shovels on Nov. 2 for the groundbreaking of the Trailhead at Chamizal multi-use housing and retail complex located on the southeast corner of Fourth and Osuna, NW in the North Valley.
The County Commission approved more than $29 million in project revenue bonds (PRB) to fund the acquisition of land, construction and equipping of a 204-unit multi-family affordable housing complex, approximately 20 micro-retail tenant spaces which will include a public outdoor dining patio, and a small amphitheater.
