Don't forget! The Paradise Hills Community Center hosts free Zumba classes for BernCo residents 50+ on Thursdays.
This impactful, yet low-impact exercise class takes place Thursdays from 2:30 - 3:30 p.m. (except for holidays). Zumba is great for improving mobility and strength, promotes socialization, supports a healthy heart, and more.
