There’s a new way to pay your bill! We’ve partnered with Bernalillo County to add a self-service payment kiosk in the lobby of the new Alvarado Square building on Silver and 5th Street (415 Silver Ave SW). The payment kiosk accepts cash, check, and credit/debit card. Here are some helpful tips to get you started:
Bring your bill to scan the barcode to retrieve your water account balance.
If you forget your bill, call 505-847-9287, Option 0, for your account number.
Pay entire bill or any other amount you choose.
Payment will immediately be recorded to your water account.
Print, email, or text your payment receipt.
Cash payments are accepted -- paper bills ONLY; no coins. The kiosk does not provide change and any overpayment will be credited to your water account.
