New Leadership, Updated Plan to Address Local Criminal Justice Challenges

The Second Judicial District Criminal Justice Coordinating Council (CJCC) has received a grant from the New Mexico Sentencing Commission that will allow the hiring of an independent full-time executive director.

The grant follows the CJCC’s selection of new leadership for 2022 and approval of an updated strategic plan that will guide the council through 2026.
