Southwest University of Visual Arts-Albuquerque enrolls 47 undergrads

At Southwest University of Visual Arts-Albuquerque, 56 percent of undergraduate students are traditional students - age 24 or younger - and 51 percent are female, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The four-year private for-profit institution in Albuquerque enrolled 49 students in fall 2018, including 47 in undergraduate and two in graduate programs, data shows. 8.5 percent of undergraduates transferred from another college or university.

100 percent of undergraduates are residents of New Mexico.

The undergraduate student body is comprised mostly of students who identify as Hispanic or Latino (49 percent) and white (21 percent).
