From February 8, 2023 post.
During the storm yesterday we got roughly 1-3 inches in the mountains, but in a selected few places we got 5-10 inches. Because of the warmer temperatures, staff got through a majority of the roads yesterday. There was about another inch overnight in the mountain areas, so crews are starting early again this morning running through the routes.
We did see some snow in the metro area, but nothing that we are seeing that is sticking to the roads. The North Alb Acres/Foothills and MDC/Amazon areas are the places we saw more snow activity.
Crews are out checking roads and salting as needed. Warmer temperatures are expected today as well, so we should have everything going smoothly today as well.
