Thanks to the Albuquerque Journal for their feature story on the Bernalillo County Public Art Program!
30 years have passed since the inception of our art program, which currently has over 500 works of art and continues to grow.
The article covers some of our newest art purchases in addition to a new mosaic at the South Valley Pool and Splash Pad. Local artist Joel Davis is the mastermind behind the project, which will feature animals from the Rio Grande’s bosque, scenes of Albuquerque’s mesas, and beautiful New Mexico skies.
