Albuquerque Mayor Tim Keller and City Councilors have announced a new initiative called "Constructive Conversations," aimed at fostering dialogue between residents and city leaders to shape the future of the built environment in Albuquerque. The series of community meetings seeks to bridge the gap between community aspirations and funding realities, with a focus on investments that enhance the city's infrastructure, placemaking, and quality of life.

According to Mayor Keller, the meetings will feature nine sessions exploring planned development in each Council district across Albuquerque. Projects discussed will vary by district and may include infrastructure enhancements, transportation improvements, green space initiatives, cultural landmarks, and more, all tailored to meet the specific needs of each neighborhood.

Residents are encouraged to participate in the Constructive Conversations to share their ideas and input, thereby influencing public development in Albuquerque. The events are free and open to the public, but RSVPs are required to attend. Those interested can reserve their seat at cabq.gov/connectabq.
