In recent election cycles she has secured victories against several challengers: In the 2024 general election she defeated Steve Jones by earning approximately 56% of the vote; in 2022 she prevailed over Michelle Garcia Holmes with nearly 56% support; and in her initial win in 2021 she bested Mark Moores with more than 60% of votes cast.
