U.S. Representative Melanie Stansbury, who has secured multiple electoral victories since 2021, addressed a range of topics in a series of posts on her social media account this week.

In a post dated September 6, 2025, Stansbury wrote: “FOLLOW THE MONEY: This week, @oversightdems will see files from Epstein’s estate and what Trump doesn’t want the public to see. The American people won’t look away. We demand answers, justice, and accountability.”

Later that day, she commented on an unspecified individual with the statement: “This man is seriously deranged.” (September 6, 2025).

On September 7, Stansbury shifted focus to local events and state pride. She posted: “New Mexico, I hope you all have had a great time at the State Fair so far! What’s your favorite fair food? Comment down below.

And in case you didn’t know, New Mexico is on the map this year at the Smithsonian for our State Fair! Let’s go, NM! “

Melanie Stansbury has represented New Mexico in Congress after defeating Steve Jones in the 2024 general election by earning 56.4% of the vote. She previously won elections against Michelle Garcia Holmes in 2022 and Mark Moores in 2021.
