The Albuquerque City Council has published notice of Council Bill No. O-25-94, sponsored by Renee Grout. The bill proposes to amend Section 14-8-4-3 of the Metropolitan Redevelopment Agency Ordinance to reinsert language that was inadvertently deleted.

According to the notice, this change is intended to correct an omission in the existing ordinance text. The council will consider this amendment as part of its ongoing legislative process.
